Palco Industrial Marking and Labeling, Inc. is a growing manufacturing company and we are currently seeking a Manufacturing Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Position Description: The Manufacturer Administrative Assistant supports the Label Coordinator and Production Manager with administrative and clerical tasks.

Position Duties:
- Provide administrative to support to two department managers in a manufacturing environment
- Enter and maintain information into production software
- Process and complete forms accurately and timely
- Maintain and track inventory product
- Create and maintain Microsoft Word and Excel Documents
- Work cohesively and consult with departments within the organization as well as customers and vendors as needed
- Filing
- Other duties as assigned
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must be a Team Player with Good Work Ethics
- Must be able to lift 70 lbs
- Proven Work History
- Excellent Attention to Details
- Working Knowledge of PC & Windows
- Ability to Prioritize and Multi-task with Efficiency
- Creative Problem Solving Skills
- Experience Working in a Fast Paced Environment with Little Supervision
- Ability to Work Under Pressure
- Must be able to pass a physical, drug screen, background and credit check.
- Experience in manufacturing: 1 year (Required)
- Health, Dental, and Vision after 30 days.
