Job description

PALCO Industrial Marking and Labeling, Inc, is seeking to fill a Warehouse Lead / Supervisor position.

Position Description:
The Warehouse Lead / Supervisor will work closely with the Warehouse Clerk to coordinate and organize the daily Warehouse activities.

Position Duties

Accurately and efficiently process outgoing packages based on customer requirements
Accurately monitor and receive all incoming shipments, checking for defective materials and discrepancies
Prepare and schedule pallets for shipping
Cycle and monthly inventory counting
Loading and unloading trucks with forklift or pallet jack
Assist in paper management and organization
Effectively communicate with other departments, carriers, and customers
Maintain a safe and clean workspace
Follow all established safety rules and regulations

Position Requirements

1 – 2 years Shipping/Receiving experience required
Forklift and Hazmat Certified Training preferred
Must have good math skills including the ability to read a ruler
Must be able to pass a basic math aptitude test
Lift up to 70 pounds
Pre-employment Drug Screen, Background Check and Physical Required.

Quarterly performance evaluations with potential of pay increase for the first year. Annual performance evaluations with increases after the first year.

Schedule:

Day shift
Monday to Friday
Full-time and Overtime possible. 40-45 hours per week expected
Work Location: In person
