MPERIA® CO2 Lasers

The Matthews’ 10-watt, 30-watt, and 80-watt laser coding systems permanently mark coated paper, plastics, rubber extrusion, and glass—making them ideal for a variety of industries. An affordable alternative to small character inkjet technologies, Matthews’ lasers cleanly mark alphanumeric text, date and time codes, serial numbers, barcodes, 2D codes and graphics.

SQ-10

Squid Ink’s SQ-10 laser coding system is designed for high speed food and beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and other primary coding applications. Squid Ink CO2 lasers can permanently mark onto paper, cardboard, plastic, and more.

30W & 60W CO2 Laser Marking Systems

Squid Ink’s SQ310-C-A and SQ-610-C-A laser coding systems are designed for high speed food and beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and other primary coding applications. Squid Ink’s CO2 lasers can permanently mark onto paper, cardboard cartons, plastic, glass, wood, coated metal, leather, and more.

SQ-F-A

Squid Ink’s SQ-F-A laser coding systems are designed for high speed automotive, electronics, medical, aerospace, beverage, and other primary coding applications. The SQ-F laser can permanently mark onto virtually every common metal including precious metals, stainless and hardened steel, copper, anodized aluminum, and more. It also marks on non-metals such as aluminum foil, PVC, ceramics, plastics, rubber, composite material, and more.

SQ-UV-A

Squid Ink’s SQ-UV-A water-cooled laser coding systems are designed for high speed food, beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, pipe and other primary coding applications. The SQ-UV laser utilizes a 355nm wavelength which allows marking to be performed with minimal heat stress. Materials which absorb this wavelength very well include PE, HDPE, LDPE, PP, ABS, PVC, metals, and more. SQ-UV-A systems are available in 5W, 10W, 17W, and 20W power configurations for a variety of applications.

SQ-LFX

Squid Ink’s SQ-LFX Laser Fume Extraction System pairs with Squid Ink’s laser marking systems and is designed to exceed the fume extraction demands of your laser marking application.
