Flexographic press operator
PALCO Industrial Marking and Labeling, Inc, a growing and expanding label manufacturer, is seeking to fill an experienced Flexographic Press Operator in our label production department.
Position Description:
The position would consist of operating a flexographic printing press with auto registration within our production facility. You will be required to safely set-up, operate and clean the flexographic press in a productive manner while following Quality Control Specifications. You will need to be able to see defects by use of a strobe light, maintain ink management, and mount plates successfully. You will be responsible for maintaining the print consistency and quality of labels that our customers have come to expect. Other responsibilities will include ensuring your area is clean and well maintained.

Apprentice - Flexographic press operator
PALCO Industrial Marking and Labeling, Inc, a growing and expanding label manufacturer, is seeking to fill an Apprentice – Flexographic Press Operator position in our label production department. This position is perfect for a mechanically inclined individual looking to learn a trade.
Position Description:
The position consists of training to operate a flexographic printing press. Accounting Clerk - AP
PALCO Industrial Marking and Labeling, Inc, is a growing manufacturing company and we are currently seeking an Accounting Clerk – AP to join our Accounting team.
Position Description:
The main responsibility of the Accounting Clerk – AP is to provide support to our Accounting / HR Manager with daily accounts payable and purchasing duties. The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize multiple tasks and provide flexibility when requested to work on special projects. This is an entry level position with potential to grow for the right individual.
- Review vendor POs and confirmations for discrepancies
- Daily follow up, tracking, and reporting of vendor lead times on open orders
- Process vendor invoices and packing slips. Verify accuracy
- Code and enter vendor invoices
- Update pricing in the accounting system
- Enter new vendors into system and update vendor files as needed
- Assist with monthly inventory reconciliation
- Maintain vendor W9 files
- Updating and maintaining various Excel spreadsheets for tracking purposes
- Cross train to cover AR / HR duties when needed
- Provide Quality Control Checks on AR processes
- Must be a team player with good work ethic
- Accounts Payable experience preferred (1-2 years)
- Excellent attention to details
- Highly proficient in Excel preferred

Manufacturing Assistant /
Label Coordinator assistant

Position Description:
The Label Coordinator Assistant works closely with the Label Coordinator to ensure orders are processed, manufactured, and shipped accurately and according to the production schedule. - Enter and close orders in the label / production system
- Process and complete production forms accurately and timely
- Work closely with Production Manager to ensure orders are completed and ship on time
- Computes total quantities of product on orders for shipping
- Pull / re-file job packets
- Maintain production schedule
- Schedules LTL freight shipments by working with various carriers
- Assist Shipping Department when needed
- Maintain and track inventory product
- Create and maintain Microsoft Word and Excel Documents for inventory management
- Assist in labeling products
- Work cohesively and consult with sales, accounting, graphics, and operations team members within the organization as well as customers and vendors as needed

Machine Operator / Rotoflex Operator
PALCO Industrial Marking and Labeling, Inc, is seeking to fill a Finishing Operator position in our label production department.
Position Description:
The position would consist of working within our production facility. You will be trained to operate our new finishing rewind machinery while following Quality Control Specifications and inspecting material to ensure the finished product is defect free. Your duties would include finishing larger press rolls of printed material and rewinding them to smaller rolls per customer requirements. You will be responsible for preparing orders for final QC Inspection. Other responsibilities will include ensuring your area is clean and well maintained.

Position Description:
The Warehouse Lead / Supervisor will work closely with the Warehouse Clerk to coordinate and organize the daily Warehouse activities.
- Accurately and efficiently process outgoing packages based on customer requirements
- Accurately monitor and receive all incoming shipments, checking for defective materials and discrepancies
- Prepare and schedule pallets for shipping
- Cycle and monthly inventory counting
- Loading and unloading trucks with forklift or pallet jack
